1: Domain Names supplied at Reseller pricing - contact us for info. |

2: If you
require a custom plan that we don't already provide then contact us & tell us what you want. In just about all cases we will be able to put together a plan to suit you! |

To qualify for this Reseller Opportunity you
must: |
| |
1: invoice your
customers directly. You are free to invoice your customers a $ amount set by
you, which can include setup fees, contracts, etc if you wish. |
| |
2: support your
customers directly for all issues whether it be support or information. Your
customers may not contact www.webpagehosting.com.au or its related bodies
directly. |
| |
3: provide &
operate under your own private product labelling. |
| |
4: be a current
Australian Registered Business, in the Website Development or IT Industry &
provide us with your ABN. |
| |
5: operate with us
under a strict 14 day account or by credit card (credit card preferred). Failure
to pay your account may result in disconnection of services. |
| |
6: maintain your
business methods to your customer in a fair manner. |
| |

| |
Our obligations to you: |
| |
1: We will provide
you with technical & general support Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm (Australian
central standard time - CST) through our 1800 number &/or email. The 1800 number is also connected to an after hours mobile
service for emergency support outside of these hours. |
| |
2: We will supply you
with a single point of entry to control all of your customers using the PLESK
Server Administrator control panel. |
| |
3: Individual points
of entry for each of your customers using the PLESK Server Administrator control
panel. This can also be controlled by you. |
| |
4: Automatic DNS
management of your customers websites for both Primary & Secondary server
settings. This can also be controlled by you. |
| |
5: To supply either
detailed documentation for
you as a reseller to operate the PLESK Server Administrator control
panel. (Don't worry too much, it's very easy to use!) |
| |
6: To supply detailed
documentation for you to
hand onto your customers about how to operate the PLESK Server Administrator
control panel. |
| |

| |
Other: |
| |
1: You must keep us
up-to-date with changes to your business regarding contact & billing
information. |
| |
2: webpagehosting.com.au may review it's reseller program at any time, giving you
30 days notice of any changes. |
| |
3: Although the staff
at webpagehosting.com.au are also webpage developers, we ask you to appreciate
that webpage developing is a seperate service to webpage hosting & that
seperate charges will apply for webpage development services including over the
phone/email support. |
| |
4: It is at the
discretion of webpagehosting.com.au & its related bodies whether or not to
accept you or your business as a reseller. |
| |
5: If you or your
business ceases to serve your customers, webpagehosting.com.au & its related
bodies has the right to step in & take over the complete servicing of your
customers (unless other arrangements have been made). |
