Note: PLESK Server Administration
Panel is an optional addition to your hosting services at no extra
charge.
Having control over your website is important,
you may want to add or delete an email address, change an existing email
password
or add a password protected directory to your website. By using the
Administration Panel you can make changes when it suits you.

Example of PLESK Server Administrator
usage: |

You've got a new employee (John)
starting in the morning at your business (Blue Dot Travel) and
he will need an email address john@bluedottravel.com.au to start
dealing with customers. This is what you would have to do: |

(normally
takes around 5 minutes if you have done it before) |
| |
1: Open
the program you use to browse the Internet (e.g. Internet Explorer) & login
to the administration panel that comes with your website, add the
email address you need with a password & then logout. |

2: Open
your local email program (e.g. Outlook Express, Incredimail, Microsoft
Outlook, etc) & enter the new email account details into the
programs settings. |

PLESK with your hosting: |

No problem, just contact
us when you need changes done (such as the above example) & we will
make the changes
for you. There are no extra costs, it all comes under the monthly
cost of hosting with us. We will even talk you through the setup
of your email program over the phone! |
